    Q1: Why my V5 projector can not play 3D movies? the up and down image shows up. It can not work too when playing the blue-ray movie.

    A1: Please turn to TB mode when the up and down image shows up in 3d movies. 

    Please turn to Blu-ray mode when playing blue-ray movies. 

    If the projector can not be turned to Blu-ray mode, please check the movie's format is blue-ray or not.
